The Barrie South Lions Club was formed by 21 energetic men and women who wanted to give service to their community. The club has seen many changes over its Nine years. Its members range in age from 20 to 70+. We are proud to be able to work together for the good of Lionism helping those less fortunate with an emphasize on youth outreach. The Barrie South Lions are proud sponsors of The Barrie South Leo Club. The Barrie South Lions Club is a fun hard working group of people that welcome enthusiastic members. If you are interested in fun and followship we would like you to come to one of our meetings. We all give freely of our time when possible and look forward to helping those in need.

The members of the Barrie South Lions Club wll be selling Hot dogs at the Zehrs Store on Bayfield St on Sept 26-27 from 10am to 6 pm rain or shine. We will be collecting Eye Glasses at the Holly Arena in Oct. 8 from noon until 8:00 pm . The Barrie South Lions are planning lots of other activities and will keep them posted. We welcome anyone who is interested in becoming a Member of our Lions club to please contact us at 726-8878 or e-mail sday@bconnex.net or leave a message on our Web page.
